DD's will officially launch the beverage line at the end of this year or early next year as they are working on securing sell space in local stores. The McClendon's will continue to put a portion of their sales from the B & G Club aside so they can buy more computers.

David and Crystal McClendon Donate Computer to Boys & Girls Club

Posted July 27, 2016

On June 22, 2016 David McClendon and his wife Crystal, owners of DD's Chick & Cat Shack launched the beverage side of their company this summer and the children at the Boys & Girls Club responded by buying the drinks until they were sold-out daily. The drinks come in three flavors that David and Crystal created and if you have never tasted the DD's Dirty Tea, Cherry Lemonade or the Swamp Water (a mixture of the other two), you don't know what you're missing.

With gratitude, the McClendon's gave back to the Boys & Girls Club by purchasing a new laptop computer for the teen center. "This is the least we could do after the kids showed us so much love this summer," David told the Pasadena Black Pages. "I went to this Boys Club, so I have to give back."
