Winners are not people who fail, but people who never quit.

Last weekend the Pasadena Black Pages team was honored to attend the Jamz Cheer and Dance competition. That took place in the Orleans Hotel Arena room in Las Vegas.

Everywhere you turned there were cheerleaders representing their squads. The Pasadena Panthers totally stood out with their Blue and White. They even had a Wakanda-themed Pasadena “Black Panther” uniform, which was an original hit.

Pasadena is full of raw talent and these young ladies were surely full of it.

It felt really good to see my 5-year-old niece Ny’Lah and her Mascot cheer team take over the floor with their powerful routine.

Special shout out to all of the Panther staff, squad and parents, you guys are amazing. I’m looking forward to volunteering for next years season.

Congratulations to the Pasadena Panthers for placing 2nd and 6th out of hundreds of teams. Ending an amazing Cheer Season with 1st, 2nd 3rd, and Sharp Divisional Winners.
